Future of High Scores

We want to have high scores posted on this site in the future and i'm not sure about how we can determine real from fake scores but mostly here I just want to talk about how the games will eventually scored. So the obvious way would be to use the score achieved that the game automatically places in front of your name in the game anyway, but that seems unfair in some ways and here why. People may have lower scores because of playing with friends because the points don't scale up with the number of players, or you might be more of a builder and die more often but keep the generator safe. Whereas the gunner type may die less often but lose the generator faster, it just depends. My idea is to score it on waves Survived! (lol) We want to hear the comments of the average users, so comment and we'll decide what to do with scoring when a nice way to do it has been reached.

Of we edit the code, we can make it so the server stores the highscore as wave reached and the amount of points. Maybe we can have a highscore page (separate from this post) that high scores will be published on. I can always check the server logs to make sure the score was legit. Scores made outside of the server would have to have some kind of proof... I not sure what.
